Victorian end of terrace period residence, the entire house was completely stripped out, re-modeled and re-furbished, as well as landscaped to front and rear.


Rear town garden, lowered from street level. The new glass balcony system allows access from the hall level to the garden as well as maintaining natural light for the playroom below. The existing return extension was re-configured with new window openings to accommodate a dining room at hall level.



The living room and the dining room are joined via the glass balcony . All walls were drylined and cornices were reproduced to match the period era.


Downstairs main bathroom - acts as en-suite to master bedroom - can be accessed from hall and bedroom. Wet rooms are installed in all 3 bathrooms.
