Protected red brick period house: Complete renovation, enlargement of windows at the rear to allow for more light, original features combined with modern kitchen and bathrooms.

Removal and relocation of unsightly waste pipes, replacement of pvc-windows with period style timber up/down sash windows, enlargement of openings on ground floor level for more natural light. The granite lintels were made up to match the period style.



New Rationel double patio doors for lots of natural light. American Oak solid floor over under floor heating. Recessed chrome down lights and stainless steel Forbes and Lomax switches.



New opening for open plan ground floor. The existing cornices and picture rails were restored to the original period style.
