We operate in 5 work stages:


1) Survey of property, presentation of scheme design with layout options and 3d perspectives

 

2) Production and lodgement of planning application (if required).



  
           




3) Select and appoint consultants (structural engineer - mechanical, etc. as necessary), provide working drawings, details, specifications, implementation of consultants' designs, production of tender package.





4) Selection of contractors for tender list, sending out of tender documents, price comparison, negotiation of tender price, selection of builder and preparation of contracts between client and contractor.




5) Site inspections, approval of works, certifications of payments, issuing opinion of compliance at completion.

 
 

Kitchen design

We sell kitchens both to clients of the architecture business and the general public.

Your kitchen will be architecturally designed, to suit your needs. We offer full design, sourcing and installation services.

The kitchens we import are from a high quality Italian kitchen manufacturer. Soft closing doors and drawers are obviously standard. They are fully assembled (not flat pack) and of high manufacturing quality. see www.tecnocucina.com

For small individual kitchen projects, which may require moving a wall, a new window, tiling etc. we provide a full design service including project management of all trades involved.
