Original staircase and french polished handrail, dado rails and original doors and ironmongery
Previously the rear room this now becomes the centre of the house open to the extension to the rear providing daylight through a large sky light.
The rear extension is full with and accommodates a seating area and the dining space. Glazing to the rear connects to the small rear patio / garden while a pyramid ceiling provides extra height and natural daylight through the large roof light.
The rear extension is a simple single storey space with symmetric framed double doors. The patio level is a few steps lower and also functions as a level parking space through the rear access, should the need arise.
