Conservation
Accredited as RIAI Grade III Conservation Architects we love and understand historic buildings, and know how to differentiate the specific values of existing structures, conserve and add in a meaningful way, to give old buildings a new lease of life.
Statutory Services
We are accredited as Project Supervisor for the Design Process and offer to fulfil this statutory service as part of the clients obligations under the Safety, Health and Welfare (Construction) Regulations.
Renovations Extensions
For private clients, we develop individually designed house extensions as part of the overall renovation project.
BIM / 4d design
Our IT infrastructure allows us to design buildings with the use of Building Information Modelling, using coordinated 3d models to overlay and display timing phases for the design and construction and facility management process.
The models allow us to communicate our designs efficiently with all stakeholders including 3d visualisations, photomontages, shadow analysis, 360 panorama images and video sequences.
